Taiwan Intellectual Property Office (TIPO) started Trademark Fast Track Examination Program from May 1, 2020.
 
Conditions:
New application met the following five conditions (System automatically judges)
1. electronic filing
2. Pay online
3. designated goods/services are all the normative names of TIPO
4. Flat trademark
5. the power of attorney is submitted at filing (can be supplemented within 20 days from the filing day) in the case that the attorney is entrusted
 
Merit:
1. will be examined two months faster than usual case
2. save administrative fees (from NTD 3000 to 2400 (USD 100 to 80))
